He is Managing Director and Principal Engineer of Jameri Consultants Limited and Founder of New Version Coaching & Consulting.
As a business owner, leadership coach and trainer, Jackie uses generative AI directly in his own practice—for proposals, technical reports, business planning, research, financial modelling and professional communications. Do I need coding experience?
No. Firm of One is built for professionals, not programmers. You work with ChatGPT and Claude in plain language. If you can write an email and describe your own work, you can use everything we set up together.
Is this only for engineers?
No. Jackie is an engineer, so the examples often come from technical practice—but the same approach works for consultants, coaches, trainers, project managers, construction professionals and other solo or small professional firms. Any practice that produces proposals, reports and client documents fits.
Do I need paid versions of ChatGPT or Claude?
Not to begin. The free Proposal Kit can be used with the free tiers of the tools. For the one-to-one setup we'll recommend what actually suits your workload—sometimes a paid plan is worth it, often the free tier is enough. You decide with clear guidance.
Will the system create completed documents automatically?
No, and it shouldn't. The workflow produces a strong, structured first draft far faster than starting from scratch. You remain the professional: you review, correct and approve everything before it goes to a client.
Can I use client information?
Only with care. During the setup we identify what is confidential and set simple rules for what should and should not be placed into an AI tool. Protecting client and project information is part of the workflow we build, not an afterthought.
