Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of firmofone.newversioncoaching.com (the “Site”) and the content, kits and services offered through it. Firm of One is a program of New Version Coaching & Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

What Firm of One provides

Firm of One offers educational content, downloadable document “kits” and tools, and one-to-one coaching that help professionals use AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to produce business documents more efficiently.

Guidance, not professional advice

Our content and tools are educational aids. They do not provide engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional, client or advisory relationship with us. Any document you create with our kits is your own work: you are responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving it, and for making sure it meets the professional standards and regulations that apply to you. AI-generated content can be wrong — always check it before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

No guaranteed results

We share methods that work well for us and our clients, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, outcome or income from using our content, kits or coaching.

Purchases, prices and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. Digital products (such as the kits) are delivered electronically — you receive a download link after purchase. It is your responsibility to download and keep your copy.

Refunds

If a paid kit doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a refund. Coaching sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable; unused prepaid sessions can be refunded on request.

Your licence to use the kits

When you buy a kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it in your own professional practice, including adapting it for your own client work. You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the kit files, templates or prompt library as your own product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or our materials — for example, by copying them for resale, attempting to disrupt the Site, or using our content for anything unlawful.

Third-party AI tools

Our kits are designed to be used with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. Those tools are provided by other companies under their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. You are also responsible for what you put into them — do not enter confidential, personal or regulated information into an AI tool unless you are permitted to and it is appropriate to do so.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Version Coaching & Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — our content, kits or tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product.

Changes

We may update these terms or our products from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
