Where are you, really, with AI?
Not how much you have read about it — how much of it has actually reached your work. Thirteen questions, written for practising professionals, and a specific answer at the end about what to do next.
That result link could not be read — it may be from an older version of the assessment. Taking it again takes about five minutes.

What you get
A read on your practice, not a quiz score.
Where you sit on a four-level model — and, just as usefully, what is holding you at that level.
The one change that returns the most for the effort, out of eight parts of a practice.
An estimate of what is realistically recoverable each week, worked out from your own numbers.
In the full report
What to do in the next 7, 30 and 90 days, in order, for your level and your kind of work.
In the full report
Your level and your biggest opportunity are free, on screen, straight away. The hours estimate and the three-step roadmap come with the full report — that part asks for your first name and email, and nothing else.
The model
Four levels. Most professionals are at one or two.
Each level has a different next step — which is the whole point. Being told to learn a coding tool when you are still learning to brief a chat window is how people conclude AI is not for them.
Explorer
“I have heard about AI, but it has not really changed my week.”
Practitioner
“I use it most days, and it saves me real time.”
Builder
“I make things with it — templates, tools, workflows.”
Operator
“Parts of my practice now run without me.”
It is a diagnostic, not a judgement. There is no failing level, and Level 4 is not the goal for everyone — plenty of excellent practices only ever need Level 2 done properly.
Five minutes, and you will know what to do on Monday.
